Key Responsibilities

•Assist in implementing client production strategies as set by the Head of the Facultative division (ANZ and Pacific)
•Develop relationships with current carriers and identify potential new carriers
•Assist senior facultative brokers to meet the team’s revenue goals and provide high level client service
•Manage daily client inquiries and keep clients informed on facultative reinsurance placements
•Support the team in casualty & property renewal discussions and placements and contribute to Digital Innovation and Digital Platform requirements

Key Requirements

•Sound knowledge of general insurance/reinsurance across commercial classes
•Strong written and oral communication skills
•Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail
•Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage client inquiries
•Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint and Excel
