Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Support a large-scale, mission-critical data center construction program by owning cost management across design and construction phases. Serve as a key client-facing interface, developing and maintaining budgets and cost plans, producing estimating and benchmarking analyses, and reconciling contractor cost submissions. Lead change order management, deliver cost reports and cash flow forecasts, assess cost risks, support value engineering, and mentor junior team members while ensuring compliance with project controls methodologies.
