Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets and cost plans across data center design and construction phases.
  • •Prepare estimating, cost planning, and benchmarking analyses from concept through completion.
  • •Review and reconcile contractor, subcontractor, and consultant cost submissions; verify contractor payment applications and support final account negotiations.
  • •Lead change order management, including evaluation, negotiation, and recommendations, and monitor commitments, contingency drawdown, and cost impacts.
  • •Produce cost reports, cash flow forecasts, cost risk assessments, and executive summaries; mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with project controls methodologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, estimating, or commercial management in construction.
  • •Demonstrated experience developing estimates, cost plans, change management processes, and monthly cost reporting for complex projects.
  • •Strong understanding of construction delivery methods, procurement strategies, value engineering, and cost controls.
