Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a product vertical end-to-end: outcomes and metrics, value/risk/backlog prioritization, and crisp acceptance criteria for building and testing.
  • •Partner with engineering to shape technical design for correctness, reliability, security, latency, scalability, and recovery, including money-movement and failure/retry/refund paths.
  • •Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, or ops stakeholders.
  • •Treat licensing, compliance, CDD/KYC, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy as first-class product constraints and launch inputs.
  • •Apply AI where it earns its place (human-in-the-loop, evaluation approach, and safe behavior when unsure) and ship features behind flags as external gates clear.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end with strong judgement under ambiguity.
  • •Solid technical foundation in system design (APIs, failure modes, concurrency/consistency) and comfort reviewing challenging design docs (no production coding required).
  • •Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance, or ability to ramp quickly on money-movement differences.
  • •Hands-on AI judgement with LLM-based products, including defining eval-able features and knowing when models must not be in the loop.
  • •Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical-PM background; zero-to-one experience; shipped AI-heavy consumer products; defined ML/LLM eval metrics; SEA market experience.
