Job Summary

Facilitate training using adult learning principles, including new hire onboarding, up-training, and refresher sessions. Prepare and manage training classrooms, coordinate orientations with Human Resources, and tailor delivery to learner needs. Maintain training reporting (attendance, knowledge checks, and performance metrics), coach individuals with performance gaps, and support transition from Training to Production, including live calls and client calibration attendance.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in “Train the Trainer” sessions and demonstrate proficiency before being certified to facilitate content.
•Set up and deliver classes using adult learning principles, adapting instruction based on learner needs and engagement.
•Coordinate orientations and departmental presentations with Human Resources, Quality, and Operations as needed, and manage classroom setup/breakdown.
•Maintain training reporting and metrics, review learner timekeeping, identify performance gaps, and provide personal coaching.
•Escalate performance issues to the Training Supervisor and support transition from Training to Production, including live calls and client calibration sessions.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED.
•1–3 years of training experience preferred.
•Strong communications and presentation skills, with the ability to analyze group dynamics and respond to learners who are struggling.
•Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computer/software tools to support training.
•Ability to create training tools with minimal assistance and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
