Lead care delivery teams across the upcoming Pasadena and San Fernando Valley clinics by overseeing programs, admissions, intake, and individualized treatment planning for patients with severe mental illness. Partner with medical and clinical operations leaders to create and implement innovative processes, supervise an interdisciplinary team, run daily care coordination, and directly support complex patients to elevate quality and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day management and scaling efforts while evolving procedures through strategic plans.
•Oversee admissions and manage intake, supporting individualized treatment plans and level-of-care transitions.
•Collaborate with the CMO, Medical Directors, and Clinical Operations to create, refine, and implement innovative processes.
•Supervise an interdisciplinary team and run daily care coordination meetings to oversee treatment plans.
•Directly engage in the care of complex patients and partner on initiatives to elevate quality and cost-efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hold an unrestricted registered California license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
•Prior experience working with SMI and other mental health challenges, including addiction, and experience creating personalized treatment plans.
•Take a holistic approach to health and work effectively across various settings with diverse populations.
•Have excellent communication skills and be comfortable in one-on-one and group settings.
•Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation capacity.
