Lead five Horizon sales-center operations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area, driving sales, profitability, and market share. Manage and coach multiple Sales Center Managers, set regional goals and business plans, and respond to local market conditions. Own branch P&L performance, develop strategic and marketing plans, and grow the business through new products, customers, and markets while ensuring safe, compliant operations and strong customer and employee relationships.
