Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and monitor the procurement strategy defined by the Commodity and the Multi-functional Team (MFT) for assigned projects.
  • •Ensure state-of-the-art, compliant processes and tools for supplier aircraft-related services/products quality and conformity, meeting GP POA obligations.
  • •Manage supplier approval, couple compliance, surveillance, and supplier control reviews to keep supplier lists and quality assurance plans aligned with Airbus requirements.
  • •Perform supplier selection and supply chain performance reporting, including risk prioritization and supplier ranking/evaluation.
  • •Manage supplier performance, risk, and development by monitoring KPIs (OTD/OQD), launching CID/supplier improvements, and coordinating capability assessments and action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in business, procurement, or supply chain.
  • •Quality and/or Lean Management experience.
  • •5 to 8 years of experience in procurement with an MNC.
  • •Fluent English and Chinese (speak, write, and read).
  • •Strong IT tools and data analytics knowledge (e.g., Google Suites, SAP).
