Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker, building trusted relationships with individuals and small businesses and guiding them through plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs, document financial information, and deliver or refer appropriate investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Drive client acquisition through prospecting and referral pipelines, support branch operations, and maintain compliance with risk, security, audit, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering tailored financial wellness recommendations.
•Deliver client solutions by referring appropriate investment and insurance products based on client conversations and needs.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence and prospecting.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful financial conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with teller line transactions as needed, while ensuring compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required), with a preferred Bachelor’s Degree.
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and effectively influence business partners through centers of influence.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients on Key’s digital platforms.
