Job Summary

Sales Manager West – FFI leads revenue growth for Façade, Fenestration & Insulating Glass in West India. Responsible for strategic sales planning, new business development, key account management, and technical-commercial support, collaborating with façade consultants and R&D. Drives value-selling, market intelligence, and end-to-end project support from tendering to delivery in a dynamic automotive/industry segment.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and identify target industries, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
•Proactively seek information about customers’ business for tendering and develop short-, medium-, and long-term strategies by analyzing projects in the region.
•Engage facade consultants and fabricators to get products specified in BOQ/Make lists; collaborate with Technical Service for design calculation and substrate validation.
•Manage existing customer accounts, ensure repeat business, handle escalations, contract renewals and credit management.
•Monitor industry trends and competitor pricing; share insights with product management and R&D; provide product demonstrations and technical documentation; manage quotations and CRM records.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Masters or bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
•Minimum 5-8 years of experience in B2B & B2C in construction/building materials; façade industry preferred.
•Strong business acumen with understanding of façade products market trends, West India geography and consumer behavior.
•Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Willingness to travel frequently (domestic and international).
