  • •Lead, mentor, and support QA testers and analysts to improve skills and effectiveness.

  • •Proficiency with bug-tracking systems (Jira, DevTrack, Hansoft, etc.).
  • •Ability to write and review clear, concise, and technically detailed bug reports, with excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
