Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop MOT design packages for highway improvement projects as part of alternative delivery efforts.
  • •Produce MOT design deliverables including cross sections, typical cross sections, profiles, and detour routes.
  • •Create Traffic Control Plans and associated temporary signing and pavement marking designs.
  • •Support MOT CAD design work using Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads.
  • •Serve as a junior, mid-level, senior-level engineer or Task Lead depending on experience level.

Key Requirements

  • •For MOT CAD Designers: BS degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
  • •Junior MOT Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Mid-Level MOT Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Senior Level MOT Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Experience or interest in developing design packages for highway improvement projects.
