Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity triggers to support risk cost profiling, drawdown/retirement of risk budgets, and timely risk budget management.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure, assess remaining risk budgets, and produce risk reports to communicate threat/opportunity status.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels, including QCRA and QSRA processes.
  • •Undertake end-to-end project risk management practices, including creation of risk management plans and conducting regular risk reviews with response plans.
  • •Lead construction stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, dispute advice, delay recovery measures, and settlement of final accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience within a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation, and quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule).
