Audit-focused role supporting the Global Head of Internal Audit with strategy, planning and control of audit activities across Allianz. Key Responsibilities

•Support and contribute to Strategy & Planning for Internal Audit, including development of annual plans and long-term planning aligned with group standards.
•Ensure efficient, client-oriented audit reporting for boards, committees and regulators with high content and quality.
•Manage Relationship with internal and external stakeholders, and liaise with Allianz Group Audit and other functions.
•Lead Training & Development activities, improving knowledge management and onboarding documentation.
•Promote and implement knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement across the global Internal Audit function.

Key Requirements

•6-10 years of professional experience in internal/external audit
•Experience in finance, insurance, asset management, IT, risk management or related fields
•University degree in economics, business administration or equivalent
•Strong knowledge of audit methodology including risk assessment and report writing
•Audit certification (CIA, CFA, CISA or similar) is advantageous
