Key Responsibilities

  • •Adapt Zurich’s solutions to the construction industry to minimize customer losses and improve sustainability and business resiliency.
  • •Leverage Zurich risk engineering tools and services to improve customer risk and support general account management for construction insurance customers.
  • •Deliver consultative risk services by identifying exposures and risk control gaps and recommending risk mitigations; investigate cause/effect of major losses.
  • •Provide risk improvement advice, conduct loss investigations (including trend and root cause analysis), and implement risk improvement programs.
  • •Market and sell fee services, produce advanced presentations, and deliver risk management training for customers and internal business partners.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 164,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in Construction Risk Engineering, Safety/Risk Management, or Construction Field Operations, OR High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years in those areas.
  • •Experience working in a team environment.
  • •Construction Safety/Risk experience with project management and/or superintendent experience (mid to senior level).
  • •Regulated and non-regulated fleet experience and/or data center construction experience.
  • •Advanced knowledge of construction safety, operations, quality management, and construction risks/exposures.
