Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach one or more platform teams to build high performance and an ownership culture.
  • •Set the strategic direction for infrastructure and platform services, including Kubernetes (GKE) cluster management and continuous improvement.
  • •Embed SRE practices across the org by defining SLOs/SLAs/error budgets and improving observability and incident remediation.
  • •Own the developer-facing platform (golden paths, self-service infrastructure, internal tooling) and treat it as a product with roadmap and adoption metrics.
  • •Ensure cloud environments remain secure and compliant with SOC2 and ISO-27001 standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading teams in the infrastructure and SRE domains, scaling platforms and people.

  • •Experience with GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD.
