Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and continuously enhance leadership development programs aligned to strategic priorities and organizational capability needs.
  • •Create a leadership development framework and define leadership journeys across emerging, middle, and senior leader levels.
  • •Partner with leadership teams to identify capability gaps and translate business challenges and transformation initiatives into targeted development solutions.
  • •Lead end-to-end program planning, development, implementation, and governance, including objectives, milestones, budgets, and execution plans.
  • •Drive continuous improvement through data-driven evaluation and benchmarking; engage executives through workshops, forums, and strategic discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, engineering, program management, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
  • •Experience working with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • •Ability to translate business strategies into actionable development programs.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience collaborating with external institutions or learning partners (added advantage).
