Job Summary

Review new and existing loan files to ensure flood insurance requirements are met. Prepare and validate flood insurance calculations, verify appropriate coverage is in place and properly documented, and identify risk exposures needing flood coverage. Collaborate with lending and other bank staff on flood insurance questions, follow bank policies and regulatory requirements, and complete required BSA/AML and other assigned compliance training.

•Prepare and review flood insurance calculations.
•Review flood insurance policies and verify appropriate coverage is documented for all loans.
•Identify potential flood coverage risk exposures.
•Communicate with lending and other bank staff on flood insurance-related questions.
•Ensure loans comply with regulatory requirements and follow bank policies and procedures. Additionally complete required BSA/AML and other assigned compliance training.

Key Requirements

•High school or GED with specialized schooling/on-the-job education in a skill area, plus 19 to 23 months of related experience and/or training.
•1 to 6 months of related management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers/clients/general public and other employees.
•Ability to perform mathematical tasks including rate, ratio, percent calculations, and interpreting bar graphs.
•Ability to solve practical problems and interpret written, oral, or diagram-based instructions.
