Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash digital transformation across Asia markets, combining deep SAP S/4HANA expertise with innovation and strong business partnership. Own OTC process excellence, design and optimize SAP solutions across multiple markets, and drive complex integrations spanning SAP S/4HANA and retail systems. Leverage AI-enabled automation and predictive analytics to improve efficiency, resolve cross-system data issues, and lead regional/global teams through testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Order-to-Cash solutions across multiple markets.
•Partner with business stakeholders to identify pain points and deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
•Drive end-to-end integration across SAP S/4HANA and retail platforms including CAR, OMS, POS, WMS, EDI, APIs, and external platforms.
•Leverage AI-enabled capabilities, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics to improve OTC processes and handle complex cross-system integration and data consistency issues.
•Manage testing, deployment, hypercare, continuous improvement, and provide leadership/mentoring and stakeholder management across regional and global teams.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of SAP SD/CAR experience.
•Proven SAP implementation and rollout leadership.
•Strong S/4HANA integration expertise across retail ecosystems.
•Experience driving cross-functional transformation initiatives.
•Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, stakeholder management, and exposure to automation/AI-enabled business solutions (preferred).
