Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble clutch components, sub-assemblies, and assemblies from specification sheets, drawings, and work instructions.
  • •Be cross-trained and operate multiple assembly stations during a single shift, including working around automated and Co-Bot cells.
  • •Inspect products for quality acceptance and perform quality checks while adhering to safety and quality procedures and company policies.
  • •Assist in on-the-job training for new employees and support Eaton Quality (QS/9000/TS 16949/CQI-9) and Environmental (ISO 14000) systems.
  • •Maintain personal and team work-area housekeeping and support departmental 5S/Lean initiatives; perform minor and preventive maintenance on assigned workstations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 20.59 - 26.21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
  • •Experience assembling in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to work safety- and quality-focused procedures, including quality checks and standards.
  • •Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 35 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, with extended standing and frequent bending/twisting.
