•Define the opportunities and direction for products in Poland and coordinate delivery of hyper-localised customer experiences.
•Deepen Wise’s presence and infrastructure in Poland by identifying growth approaches, managing licensing/registrations, and supporting local requirements.
•Lead the Polish branch and operations, including appointment as Country Manager and director/legal representative.
•Manage relationships with local regulators and strategic stakeholders and ensure strong governance.
•Represent Wise in Poland and lead commercial discussions with industry partners and financial institutions to improve product competitiveness.

Salary: PLN 282,000 - 358,000 annually
