Job Summary

Lead delivery of one or more technology workstreams to achieve customer, operational, and regulatory outcomes using Agile practices and governance. Own roadmaps, sprint/release plans, and milestone tracking while managing RAID, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, shape executable backlogs with Product Owners and engineering leadership, and coordinate release/cutover planning, environment readiness, and quality outcomes. Coach teams to strengthen Agile mindset and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of technology workstreams/squads to deliver agreed outcomes using Agile practices and governance.
•Own delivery plans and ensure transparency of progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across the delivery team.
•Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering Leads to translate scope into prioritized, executable backlogs and increments.
•Coordinate delivery governance, reporting, release/cutover planning, environment readiness, operational acceptance, and quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience delivering technology change as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role in complex organizations.
•Strong knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), including running ceremonies and managing backlogs with Product Owners.
•Experience managing delivery governance, stakeholder engagement, and senior-level communication.
•Ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and navigate ambiguity and changing priorities.
•Experience with delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence, plus strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
