Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the systems and workflows behind third-party onboarding, contract signing, approvals, and reporting.
  • •Build and maintain processes in non-code platforms (forms, templates, routing rules/logic, approvals, automations) and manage complex changes.
  • •Design technical builds by translating business requirements into workflow logic, data models, edge cases, permissions, and audit needs.
  • •Deliver and troubleshoot API-based integrations with partner teams (finance/risk), including debugging using logs and structured approaches.
  • •Own testing/UAT, rollout/rollback plans, release notes, incident handling, and root-cause prevention to improve release reliability.
