  • •Follow standard work and 5S, including visual inspection and construction/testing of tap changers using standard work.
  • •Build and assemble products per work instructions and quality standards using calibrated tools.
  • •Perform ratio testing, troubleshoot issues, and repair/modify defective units or components as needed.
  • •Move units using overhead cranes/power industrial vehicles and cross-train across stations in the Regulators department.

  • •Minimum 6 months of experience or education in assembly, manufacturing, or the military.
  • •Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Waukesha, WI are considered (Active-Duty Military exempt).
  • •Preferred: High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
