Job Summary

Execute proper schedule management and project controls using the company Schedule Management System under the Lifecycle Management (LCM) framework. Maintain integrated, fully resourced project schedules and Work Package planning, including EV techniques. Run month-end control account status reporting with schedule forecasting, variance and critical path/float analysis, ensuring alignment between WBS and schedule details. Use tools such as Open Plan, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project while partnering with project teams to support reporting needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute proper use of the company Schedule Management System through the Lifecycle Management (LCM) framework so the project management team can monitor and report on project cost, schedule progress, and risk status.
•Deliver the project controls scope by applying schedule baseline support, effective use of project controls toolsets, and integration with project reporting as required.
•Establish and maintain a fully resourced and integrated Project Schedule and Control Account detailed schedules.
•Establish and maintain Work Package (or tailored Planning packages/tasks) level schedules, including EV techniques.
•Run the month-end Control Account status process, producing schedule status and forecasting, remaining hours/durations to complete input, progress and schedule variance reports, including critical path and float analysis with WBS alignment.

Key Requirements

•Proven performance at a similar level, or demonstrated proven performance and progression in scheduling/project controls.
•Experience with project control toolsets such as Open Plan and Primavera P6.
•Ability to see patterns, trends, or missing pieces in schedules and project control data.
•Ability to interact effectively with colleagues within and outside the immediate team to implement business requirements.
•Well-developed self-management skills and demonstrated ability to work independently to deliver outputs to time, quality, and cost.
