  • •Provide feedback to store management on required resources to meet stockroom operational needs and deliver/maintain the Premium Stockroom Model.
  • •Represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • •Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in back of house; propose improvements.
  • •Support store management in delivering outstanding consumer experiences while meeting or exceeding commercial goals.

  • •Support store management in driving profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
  • •Have retail leadership experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear, with stockroom procedures experience highly regarded.
