Key Responsibilities

  • •Report to front line leadership and work as a team member to achieve plant and departmental goals.
  • •Ensure production jobs run to cycle specifications for maximum yields.
  • •Analyze defects to determine root cause and initiate material, machine, process, or tooling remedies.
  • •Respond to alarms with corrective actions related to quality issues and minor repairs to equipment as needed.
  • •Maintain reporting formats and documentation, manage lot control and non-conforming product/scrap flow, and uphold ISO standards, SOPs, and established work instructions.

Key Requirements

  • •Capable of physical mobility (sitting, bending, twisting, standing) and lifting up to 35 lbs periodically.
  • •Capable of reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • •Certified and able to operate a forklift safely and cautiously.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills and ability to use rulers, micrometers, and calipers.
  • •Some computer experience and ability to interpret traveler/work orders; working knowledge of molding theory preferred.
