Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand installation/repair requirements by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work.
  • •Act as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Diagnose and repair units using hand tools and cutting-edge software/technology while following blueprints or engineering specifications.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend work as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and condition.

Salary: USD 21.89 - 40.34 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school or formal training preferred).
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions in the prior 3 years.
  • •Ability to follow safety procedures and physically perform the job requirements, including lifting/moving equipment and working at heights (with proper PPE).
