Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, define, and prioritize product features and enhancements, including metrics to support business cases.
  • •Develop end-to-end workflow understanding for finance, procurement, and operational personas across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash lenses.
  • •Align cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Sales, Order Operations, Partner Experience, Legal, and Tax to ensure launches land with the field and users are informed.
  • •Own release enablement end-to-end for each release: communications, documentation, SOPs, training, and coordination with Marketing.
  • •Design controls into the product workflows in partnership with Accounting/Controllership, Tax, and Internal Audit, including segregation of duties, approval thresholds, audit trail, and SOX-relevant controls.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product, program, or project management experience, plus 4+ years in an accounting-related role (bookkeeping, staff accounting, or audit).
  • •Accounting fundamentals: accrual concepts, revenue recognition, chart of accounts, reconciliation, month-end close, audit, and SOX controls.
  • •Experience with accounting software platforms such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar, including general ledger and subledger/journal entry flows.
  • •Experience designing policy-driven workflows (credit limits, approval routing, tiered sign-off, exception queues, escalation logic).
  • •Track record integrating with ERP platforms and third parties including Stripe, Avalara, High Radius, Zuora, Coupa, and Ariba; plus a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business or 10+ years in an accounting-related field.
