  • •Develop new procedures and Best-Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products, including first-chamber build & test in the Apps lab.
  • •Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing on procedures, including participation in New Product final test (if required).
  • •Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) on Top Field Issues and participate in or own CAPA processes.
  • •Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) when needed and develop documentation for installation, retrofit, and maintenance (Technical Product Manuals).
  • •Create customer-facing updates (CENs, ISBs, troubleshooting guides) and build training packages, training Customer/Process Engineers before ELS shipments.

  • •Contribute to reliability processes such as FMECA and CAPA, and conduct or facilitate failure analysis when needed.
