  • •Build and maintain relationships with Extreme’s partners and internal stakeholders within the distribution channel.
  • •Coordinate and support partner-facing activities such as scheduling and conducting meetings, webinars, and training sessions.
  • •Support administrative tasks and consistent follow-ups to help the distribution team execute on goals.
  • •Develop understanding of forecasting, compliance, and operational requirements, and apply them to partner operations.
  • •Track distributor performance metrics, gather market feedback, and help identify and escalate sales opportunities under mentorship.
