Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps.
  • •Support store operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor, partnering with Operations & Visual Management.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor and resolve guest/client needs quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to constantly move around all areas of the store during shifts.
