  • •Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen operativen Betriebs sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei komplexen herz- und gefässchirurgischen Eingriffen
  • •Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung moderner OP-Prozesse, Qualitätsstandards und innovativer Technologien
  • •Verantwortung für Planung, Koordination und enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen

Key Requirements

  • • Ausbildung as Dipl. Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF or an equivalent SRK-recognized training
  • • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Herzchirurgie, im Hybrid-OP oder in einer vergleichbaren hochspezialisierten Umgebung
  • • Führungserfahrung oder Bereitschaft zur Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Leadership und Management
  • • Hohe Fach-, Organisations- und Kommunikationskompetenz mit ausgeprägtem Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
