Job Summary

Drive growth and profitability by selling Finance & Insurance (F&I) products to large automotive dealers across a North Carolina territory. Prospect new business, manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, and support P&C product marketing. Conduct sales presentations in person or via Microsoft Teams, attend automotive industry events, and collaborate with field teams to ensure program and product implementation while exceeding sales targets.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

•Manage and grow the assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets.
•Conduct sales presentations in-person or via Microsoft Teams and collaborate on program/product implementation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.
•High school diploma/equivalent with 4+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.
•Must reside within the required territory.
•Outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitors.
•Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management (e.g., GM, GSM, Finance Director, Finance Manager).
