Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management with a focus on maximizing accuracy and reducing shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager
  • •Support operational execution across shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Move dynamically between sales floor and back of house to support store needs and maintain safe, clean, efficient operations
