  • •Own one product pod end-to-end, accountable for both team health and growth and what the pod delivers.
  • •Shape the pod’s roadmap and directly drive the work to meet goals.
  • •Build and develop team culture, processes, and engineer careers through active coaching.
  • •Stay hands-on with the codebase: review PRs, weigh in on architecture, and dive into technical details when needed.
  • •Lead cross-functional collaboration with PM and designer to deliver client outcomes, including areas like experimentation, ML matching, attorney tools, and AI-native workflows.

  • •Grown engineers, including senior ICs and early-career engineers, and able to handle hard performance conversations when needed.

  • •Operated with ambiguity and limited resources, such as in a startup or by carving it out inside a larger company.
