•Develop, manage, and control project and programme budgets with robust cost control, forecasting, and change management.
•Monitor and report on commercial and financial performance, including risk and opportunity management, ensuring governance and reporting alignment.
•Liaise with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners to meet project objectives and lead procurement and dispute avoidance/resolution.

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
