Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of the Securities Services NFR agenda for Funds Administration, Middle-Office, Transfer Agency, and Trustee by ensuring risks are identified, assessed, controlled, and monitored.
  • •Provide subject matter oversight and constructive challenge on end-to-end business, operations, and technology processes to prevent risks from materialising into issues.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor by coordinating, advising, and challenging on risk and control activities, including regulatory and audit-related engagements.
  • •Embed NFR requirements into product development and change delivery, including control design, testing evidence, go-live readiness, and post-implementation assurance.
  • •Execute risk governance and monitoring activities, including policy/assurance interpretation, risk appetite monitoring, risk-based assurance, incident/issue management, and RCA updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of the Securities Services product set for Funds Administration, Middle-Office, Transfer Agency, and Trustee, including end-to-end design and execution.
  • •Proven experience in Business Management, Audit, Risk and/or Control roles within a global financial institution across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • •Experience supporting material remediation and delivering outcomes under senior management attention.
  • •Data-driven mindset to analyze trends and translate them into practical risk and control actions.
  • •Experience supporting implementation of AI/advanced analytics in a risk and control environment, including governance, documentation, testing evidence, and sustainable BAU control design.
