Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a pharmacy operations organization with direct reports spanning Senior Manager through Director levels, accountable for the broader team beneath them.
  • •Build and sustain a high-accountability, high-support culture; coach managers on underperformance and performance conversations, and drive engagement initiatives.
  • •Continuously optimize workflows by eliminating non-value steps, re-engineering manual processes, and partnering with Software Engineering when needed.
  • •Set performance expectations and productivity targets across recovery outcomes, case throughput, and outbound contact activity using operational data to diagnose root causes.
  • •Own strategic initiatives end to end and represent Machinify externally by interfacing with clients and the Executive Leadership Team as a primary presenter when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Progressive leadership experience in pharmacy operations, pharmacy benefit management, healthcare claims, payment integrity, or a closely related operational domain, including experience managing managers.
  • •Track record improving operational performance (productivity, quality, recovery, or cost) through process redesign rather than headcount alone.
  • •Working fluency with operational systems and data to learn new platforms quickly and identify errors and inefficiencies directly.
  • •Experience partnering with technology teams to define requirements and deliver tooling or automation improvements.
  • •Executive-level written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and external clients.
