•Develop and own Market Narrative & Positioning for Active Intelligence, articulating why it matters now and how it differentiates from competitors.
•Lead Adoption & Customer Outcomes programs to drive sustained usage and customer expansion, collaborating with Product to feed market needs back into development.
•Drive Evangelism & Market Authority through thought leadership, proof points, and narrative formats that establish ActiveCampaign’s position in autonomous marketing.
•Provide Team Leadership by guiding a PMM team of outcome owners, setting priorities, and hands-on contribution to strategies, content, and programs.
•Oversee AI-First Execution by automating traditional launch mechanics and leveraging AI to accelerate marketing craft, speed, and scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 192,400 - 264,600 annually

•3+ years of proven leadership experience leading PMM teams—building or transforming a function, not just running one.

•A proven track record driving adoption and retention outcomes, not just launch metrics.
•Proven ability to influence across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
