Job Summary

Analyze and support a product platform within the Product Management team, partnering with product, PMO, and technology delivery partners. Monitor digital trends, benchmark competitors, and lead fact-based research to generate actionable recommendations for client experiences. Translate reporting needs across the software development lifecycle (waterfall and agile), support issue remediation, and help develop digital roadmaps aligned to client and foundational technology capabilities.
