Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide an industry-leading client service experience in person and by phone through development and expansion of new and existing client relationships.
  • •Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service and individual/branch sales targets by offering products and services focused on relationship development, expansion, and retention.
  • •Support the team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and acting on or referring complex client needs or financial goals to internal specialists.
  • •Cross-train to perform required teller duties as needed, including teller transactions and greeting clients within the branch.
  • •Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
