Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, validate, and provide export documentation to customers in a timely manner.
•Review customer and country-specific documentation requirements to ensure exports meet applicable standards.
•Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to support timely, accurate, compliant export processes.
•Respond to customer and internal inquiries related to export documentation and shipment support.
•Maintain export documentation records for audit readiness, and escalate documentation gaps or recurring issues to enable timely resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46,900 - 58,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
•Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to work accurately with shipment and documentation data.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy.
•Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional mindset for global customers and cross-functional partners.
