Key Responsibilities

  • •Support on-site at Airbus FAL for integration of IFE systems from project phase through aircraft delivery to the final customer.
  • •Support Airbus with identification and correction of root causes; perform analysis and resolution of technical issues for aircraft under your responsibility.
  • •Ensure timely execution of replacement of defective parts and coordinate with seat and galley manufacturers and/or Airbus.
  • •Provide technical support to Airbus and the airline for IFE system operation, including during customer acceptance flights.
  • •Participate in delivery meetings, manage technical communication, and coordinate with internal (Thales PM USA, engineering, supply chain) and external stakeholders (FAL and airline representatives).
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bac+5 education and at least 3 years of experience in systems integration, or in testing and troubleshooting complex systems.
  • •Ability to manage intense work periods.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills, since the role is based on the client site.
  • •Occasional travel in Europe or internationally may be required to support other FALs or retrofits.
  • •Hold a driving license B to drive company vehicles.
