Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver hands-on AV setup, teardown, and live support for internal events across EMEA offices, including livestream/broadcast support.
  • •Act as EMEA remote hands for physical troubleshooting of meeting rooms and technical issues, traveling to Dublin, Paris, and other offices.
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment and conferencing systems across EMEA meeting rooms; pick up new tools as needs evolve.
  • •Serve as a workplace point of contact in London for supplies, deliveries, service providers, room maintenance, and facilities requests tracked in Jira.
  • •Support vendor coordination and project tracking for regional technical and workplace initiatives, including budget tracking for AV and workplace equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •About 5 years of relevant experience in event production, AV, technical support, or similar hands-on field technical work.
  • •Independent, responsible working style with sound judgment on time and priorities while traveling autonomously across EMEA offices.
  • •Figure-it-out mindset with curiosity to learn and evolve new building automation, IoT, or infrastructure platforms and tools.
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting capability for AV, network closets, and building-technology touchpoints without needing escalation for every issue.
  • •Fluency in English required; French or German would be an asset.
