Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, noting special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Serve food and beverages timely and courteously, ensuring accuracy in delivery and presentation.
  • •Monitor tables for needs, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience and 2 years relevant working experience, with 2 years GCC experience a plus.
  • •Understand the restaurant’s menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, to describe dishes and recommend items.
  • •Proficiency taking accurate food and beverage orders and entering them into the point-of-sale system.
  • •Serve food and beverages professionally, including proper tray handling, tableside service, and knowledge of wine and beverage pairings.
