Job Summary

Serve as a trusted financial wellness partner for KeyBank clients by handling day-to-day financial transactions and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. Spend most of your time on client servicing and transaction support, then engage clients in deeper conversations through proactive calling to uncover needs and provide customized guidance. Coordinate with the branch team to prioritize high-impact activities, meet activity and outcome goals, and follow compliance, audit, and security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Process financial service transactions accurately and use opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Identify and resolve more complex client servicing issues.
•Engage clients in conversations to uncover financial wellness needs and provide tailored recommendations, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
•Maintain product knowledge of guides, fees, and policies to stay current on offerings.
•Meet individual activity/behavior/outcome goals and support branch processes such as morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience in cash handling.
•General understanding of PCs with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
