Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner's Representative, leading and overseeing mechanical construction activities across designated project areas through construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Ensure contractor personnel comply with project HSES requirements, site regulations, permit-to-work systems, and client procedures.
  • •Supervise mechanical construction to ensure compliance with AFC drawings, specifications, ITPs, procedures, and site instructions.
  • •Monitor safety, quality, progress, and productivity; coordinate with contractor supervision and planning/construction engineers to develop daily and weekly work plans.
  • •Review availability of drawings, materials, equipment, tools, and workforce resources; identify schedule constraints and escalating contractor performance/timekeeping issues as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work lawfully in Thailand with full working rights for this location, including passing a Thai Police Check and pre-employment medical (drug and alcohol screen).
  • •10+ years of industry experience, including proven experience in a similar Mechanical Supervisor role on an EPCM project within the refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or energy sector.
  • •Ideally a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or alternatively a relevant High School Certificate, Vocational Certificate, or Diploma.
  • •Demonstrated capability supervising mechanical construction within refinery/petrochemical/oil & gas or heavy industrial projects, including managing contractors for safe and effective execution.
  • •Registered Safety Officer at supervisor level, with excellent HSES knowledge (including Method Statements, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and Risk Assessments).
