Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor follow-up on unpaid invoices with clients.
  • •Communicate with clients, Sales teams and internal teams via email and phone.
  • •Help resolve payment issues and disputes.
  • •Prepare aging reports and analyze delinquent accounts.
  • •Reconcile old accounts and identify variances.
