Job Summary

Lead the approach to emerging sustainability legislation and product compliance, translating requirements into practical policies, processes, guidance, and tools for internal teams and suppliers. Drive circular business model implementation (resale/takeback and repair) and support uptake of more sustainable materials and circular design across product teams. Monitor KPIs, deliver training and guidance, manage circular fashion partner relationships, and help coordinate sustainability-related marketing claims and external reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support readiness for sustainability legislation and product-related compliance requirements, including monitoring developments such as ESPR, Digital Product Passports, and green claims.
•Translate legislative requirements into practical internal and supplier actions, ensuring robust implementation across relevant product and third-party activity.
•Lead implementation and performance monitoring of circular business models, including resale/takeback and repair.
•Partner with buying, design, merchandising, garment technology, fabric sourcing, and compliance teams to embed sustainability requirements into product strategies and category decisions.
•Develop and monitor KPIs and reporting measures; create and deliver training and guidance on sustainability legislation, compliance expectations, and circular design requirements.
