Sr. UX Researcher (Remote)

Lead end-to-end user research to uncover patients’ and providers’ needs and translate insights into product experiences that improve access to mental health care. Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data to ensure decisions are grounded in meaningful user insights and behavioral data. Shape the research roadmap, identify high-impact opportunities, and turn signals from users, analytics, and feedback into guidance for product direction across Rula’s workflows.
